All above is subject to Hotels Rules & Regulations and as per availability at the time of Check-in. It cannot be guaranteed prior at the time of Booking.
✦ In one room only one Extra bed will be provided. Extra bed Person will be given roll over bed/mattress in every Hotel.
✦ We shall try to provide rooms in hotel on ground floor as per availability only at the time of check in. But it cannot be guaranteed prior at the time of booking.
✦ Room allotment is done only by the Hotel authorities, so it may come on basement/ground floor/First or any floor. Hazel Tour shall not be held responsible for the same.
✦ In Alchi, Nubra Valley, Pangong Lake & Tsomoriri Lake; Tent allocation is done by camp authority as per the availability at the time of check in. The Tour Manager is not responsible for the same.
✦ Mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per room availability at the time of booking, otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel
✦ If Roads from Srinagar to Leh via Kargil is not open due to heavy snowfall/ Landslides/ Political issue/natural calamities/ uncertain events; then client can take flight for Leh at own expenses and continue with the Ladakh trip. Company shall not be held responsible for Road Blocks/ Natural calamities/ uncertain events.
✦ For clients taking Night stay at Nubra Valley/ Pangong Lake/ Alchi/ Tsomoriri Lake will have to pay an additional cost for staying in Leh and not visiting these places due to what so ever reason. If Rooms are not available in the same hotel then we will arrange for the rooms in the nearby hotels as per availability.
✦ For clients taking Night stay at Nubra Valley/ Pangong Lake/ Alchi/ Tsomoriri Lake will have to pack their luggage and check-out the rooms of Leh Hotel. Take only 1 pair of clothes, woolens, personal medicines and personal kit along with you. Rest luggage will be kept in the clock room of hotel in Leh. You will not get same room at the time of check-in in Leh Hotel.
✦ The tour itinerary finalized at the time of advance payment will be final & changes in the itinerary are only subject to condition.
✦ All tourists need to carry valid photo-address Identity proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter Card, Passport) and keep along with you during full tour for security purpose. For small children please carry Birth certificate/ School photo Identity proof.

❄ IN ALCHI, PANGONG LAKE, TSOMORIRI LAKE, SARCHU/JISPA
✦ Hotel/Tented accommodations available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.
✦ There is no telephone landline connection and the guest has to bear with it.
✦ Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear with candle light.
✦ Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.
✦ Buttermilk will not be provided at all places.

✦ Mobile with only postpaid connection is valid in Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh state. The best of all are JIO, BSNL and AIRTEL.
❄ PERSONAL CARE
✦ Acclimatization is mandatory for visitors travelling by air. It is important to take complete rest for 24 hours after arriving at Leh airport.
✦ Please carry heavy woollens with you.
✦ You will not get the brands of medicines which are easily available at your home town. It is advisable to you to take personal medicines from your home town only.
✦ The guest can take Diamox tablets on the prescription of the family doctor. It is useful in High altitude sickness.

✦ - Once tour is booked – 25% Non-refundable
✦ - If cancelled before 30 days of the tour - 50%
✦ - If cancelled before 15 days of the tour - 75%
✦ - If cancelled within 14 days of the tour - 100%
❄ TERMS & CONDITIONS
✦ Final confirmation of hotels & airline will be provided on full payment.
✦ Only 3 persons can be accommodated in One Room/tent in Ladakh tour.
✦ Check–in and check–out in hotels will be as per hotel rules & regulations.
✦ For booking, 50% of the tour cost is required. Balance amount to be paid before one month of the departure date.
✦ Kindly do not wash your clothes in rooms, prefer to give it for laundry service available at all hotels.
✦ We are only event managers, under which we will provide you the services of train/ flight booking, vehicle booking, hotel booking, arranging food services and sightseeing. Although, we try our best to arrange and render best services, yet we do not hold any responsibility on any account whatsoever; of the performance of the hotels, airlines, trains, guide, transportation, opening of sightseeing places, other services or anything else on which we do not have any direct control.
✦ No Refund Policy in Case of Extraordinary Events: We shall not be held liable for any loss of life, personal injury, property damage, death, financial loss, or any other direct or indirect damages or consequences arising out of or related to events beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, epidemics, acts of war or terrorism, invasions, military coups, strikes, civil disturbances, government actions, mechanical or technical breakdowns, accidents, stampede or any other acts of God or force majeure events. Any additional expenses incurred as a result of these events shall be borne solely by the customer. The Company shall not be liable to offer any refund, compensation, or rescheduling of services.
✦ Any Natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, Cloudburst, Heavy snowfall, landslides, mudslides, fire, etc.) beyond our control, In the event of such occurrences, no refunds, reimbursements, rescheduling or compensations shall be provided. Any additional expenses incurred as a result of these events shall be borne solely by the customer.
✦ In the event that a sightseeing location/ place cannot be visited due to unforeseen circumstances such as sudden closure, roadblocks, traffic congestion, or any other reason beyond our control, no refunds will be provided for any unused services under any circumstances.
✦ In case of injury or severe illness where upon the tourist has to be admitted to the hospital or sent back to hometown by flight or any other means of transport, then those charges shall be borne by the tourist.
✦ Cash, camera, jewellery, mobile or any expensive items should be carried at your own risk. If stolen or lost, the company shall not be held responsible.
✦ Once the tour starts then NO REFUND shall be payable to tourist if they leave the tour in mid-way or for any unused portion of the tour due to whatsoever reason.
✦ No complaints will be entertained after the tour is completed. If any mismanagement happens during the tour, the tourist should immediately contact Mumbai Office. We will try to be helpful in every possibility.
✦ In case of accident during road journey the company shall not be held responsible for any loss of life/ luggage. We shall transfer all the tourists by another vehicle to the desired destination. All tourists will have to co-operate with the tour manager.
✦ In case of traffic jam/ uncertain events, if you reach the desired destination late or miss any sightseeing then the company shall not be held responsible and no refund shall be entertained.
✦ The company is not responsible for Railways/Flights getting delayed or cancelled due to bad weather conditions or any uncertain events. No refund/ stay arrangements will be entertained by the company and all other additional charges shall be borne by the Tourist.
✦ The instructions given by our tour manager during the tour for your safety and smooth conducting of the tour should be followed carefully.
✦ Company is not responsible for Loss/ Misplace of Luggage during entire trip.
✦ Travelling with Luxury Vehicle, please travel light with minimum baggage. In case of excess baggage you will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage, the charges for which will be paid directly by you on the spot.
✦ All the disputes are to be settled subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
✦ The instructions given by our tour manager during the tour for your safety and smooth conducting of the tour should be followed carefully.
✦ Don’t throw the garbage or any kind of dirt on road or at passes, suggest you to dump in your car or at your hotel bin.
✦ Hot water in most of hotels will be provided during morning and evening timings only, please clarify at reception during check in.
✦ Flight schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
✦ A copy of Birth Certificate is mandatory for the Infants (7 Days – 23 Months) for issuing air tickets. Infant ticket will be issued at additional cost.
✦ You will have to reach airport minimum 2 hours prior of departure.
✦ Baggage Allowance as per the airlines policy.
✦ Due to traffic jam/ vehicle breakdown/ Train-Flight schedule disturbance, etc. if new reservation is to be made then all that additional charges should be borne by tourist only.
✦ Avoid spending more time at High altitude passes.
✦ Do not expose your body for longer at high altitude passes.
✦ For Smokers, avoid smoking on high altitude and reduce the smoking during journey, as excess smoking will harm you on journey.
✦ While visiting Any Gompa, please take Lamas Permission for Photo or Video Shoot. Please follow Gompa Rules while visiting Gompas. Please wear proper clothing while visiting Gompas. For Females: No Open Hair, Short Skirts or any Short Dresses allowed at Gompas. For Males: No Short Pants or Sleeveless allowed at Gompas.
✦ Branded Liquor is not easily available in Leh, suggest you to carry your own stock.
✦ Our interference is not possible for bargaining rates of Doli/ Pony/ Rafting/ Camel Ride, etc.
✦ The company has the right to change the hotels due to indeterminate issue arising at later stage which are confirmed at the time of booking. No refund shall be entertained for that.
✦ Our Rules, Regulations, Booking and Cancellation Policy will be same for every tour booked with us.
✦ Damage if any to hotel’s property/vehicles should be paid by the tourist only. HAZEL TOUR is not responsible for any such damage.
✦ We take it granted that all the tourists who are enrolling themselves for the tour have carefully gone through our Terms & conditions and are abide to follow them.
