✦   Accommodation on twin sharing basis in Non A/c room
✦   Luxurious vehicle like Tavera/Scorpio/Xylo/Tempo traveller for ground journey as per group size (Innova available at extra cost)
✦   Exclusive Non A/C vehicle for transfers & sightseeing. The vehicle will not be at disposal, it will be available to the guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis)

✦   Personal expenses, Extra food & drinks ordered, Tips, Insurance, Phone calls, laundry, shopping, etc.
✦   Air fares are subject to change on account of fuel surcharge, taxes/ service tax (PSF, UDF, CUTE, etc.) or any other additional charges that may be levied by Government of India or any statutory body subsequent to the date of booking and applicable on date of travel shall be charged and payable separately.
✦   Travel insurance. Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure

✦   In one room only one Extra bed will be provided. Extra bed Person will be given roll over bed/mattress in every Hotel.
✦   We shall try to provide rooms in hotel on ground floor as per availability only at the time of check in. But it cannot be guaranteed prior at the time of booking.
✦   Room allotment is done only by the Hotel authorities, so it may come on basement/ground floor/First or any floor. Hazel Tour shall not be held responsible for the same.
✦   Mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per room availability at the time of booking, otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel
✦   The tour itinerary finalized at the time of advance payment will be final & changes in the itinerary are only subject to condition.
✦   All tourists need to carry valid photo-address Identity proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter Card, Passport) and keep along with you during full tour for security purpose. For small children please carry Birth certificate/ School photo Identity proof.

✦   For Vaishnodevi Helicopter ride, please book the tickets in advance online (https://www.maavaishnodevi.org/OnlineServices/login.aspx) once the tour is booked. You will get all the necessary details on this link.
✦   Mobile with only postpaid connection is valid in J & K state. The best of all are BSNL and AIRTEL.
✦   In this region there is no relevance between the distance and time travelling as it depends upon the conditions of roads, climate and congestion of traffic.

❄ CANCELLATION CHARGES (PER PERSON)

✦   Once tour is booked – 25% Non-refundable
✦   If cancelled before 30 days of the tour - 50%
✦   If cancelled before 15 days of the tour - 75%
✦   If cancelled within 14 days of the tour - 100%

❄ THINGS TO CARRY

Photo Address Identity proof original with 2-3 Xerox copies, Minimum Luggage, shoes, Woolen Monkey cap/Balaclava, Woolen Hand Gloves, Woolen Foot Gloves, Jacket/Sweater, Wind sheeter, Thermal wear, Cap, Black Sun glasses / Goggles, Torch, Personal Kit - Tooth brush and paste, Comb, Shaving kit, Sunscreen lotion, cold cream, etc., Personal Medical kit (Case file in case of severe illness), Towel, Umbrella.

❄ FOR PERSONAL MEDICAL KIT

You will not get the brands of medicines which are easily available at your home town. It is advisable to you to take personal medicines from your home town only.

❄ RULES & REGULATIONS

✦   Final confirmation of hotels & airline will be provided on full payment.
✦   Only 3 persons can be accommodated in One Room
✦   Check–in and check–out in hotels will be as per hotel rules & regulations.
✦   For booking, 50% of the tour cost is required. Balance amount to be paid before one month of the departure date.
✦   Kindly do not wash your clothes in rooms, prefer to give it for laundry service available at all hotels.
✦   We are only event managers, under which we will provide you the services of train/ flight booking, vehicle booking, hotel booking, arranging food services and sightseeing. Although, we try our best to arrange and render best services, yet we do not hold any responsibility on any account whatsoever; of the performance of the hotels, airlines, trains, guide, transportation, opening of sightseeing places, other services or anything else on which we do not have any direct control.
✦   We do not bear any responsibility whatsoever for any loss of life and property, death, damages, injuries, etc. and also any consequences arising out of natural calamities, strikes, breakdowns, accidents, delay in services. No refund would be given against it.
✦   In case of injury or severe illness where upon the tourist has to be admitted to the hospital or sent back to hometown by flight or any other means of transport, then those charges shall be borne by the tourist.
✦   Cash, camera, jewellery, mobile or any expensive items should be carried at your own risk. If stolen or lost, the company shall not be held responsible.
✦   Due to political reasons, heavy rains, snow fall or any other natural calamities if the tour is to be cancelled or dropped, then in that case the co. should not be held responsible for any extra charges. No refund/stay arrangements will be entertained by the company and all other additional charges shall be borne by the Tourist.
✦   No refund shall be payable to you if you leave the tour in mid-way or for any unused portion of the tour due to whatsoever reason.
✦   No complaints will be entertained after the tour is completed. If any mismanagement happens during the tour, the tourist should immediately contact Mumbai Office. We will try to be helpful in every possibility.
✦   In case of accident during road journey the company shall not be held responsible for any loss of life/ luggage. We will transfer all the tourists by another vehicle to the desired destination. All tourists will have to co-operate with the tour manager.
✦   In case of traffic jam/ uncertain events, if you reach the desired destination late or miss any sightseeing then the company shall not be held responsible and no refund shall be entertained.
✦   The company is not responsible for Railways/Flights getting delayed or cancelled due to bad weather conditions or any uncertain events. No refund/ stay arrangements will be entertained by the company and all other additional charges shall be borne by the Tourist.
✦   Company is not responsible for Loss/ Misplace of Luggage during Flight/ Train Journey.
✦   Travelling with Luxury Vehicle, please travel light with minimum baggage. In case of excess baggage you will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage, the charges for which will be paid directly by you on the spot.
✦   All the disputes are to be settled subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
✦   The instructions given by our tour manager during the tour for your safety and smooth conducting of the tour should be followed carefully.
✦   Don’t throw the garbage or any kind of dirt on road or at passes, suggest you to dump in your car or at your hotel bin.
✦   Hot water in most of hotels will be provided during morning and evening timings only, please clarify at reception during check in.
✦   Flight schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
✦   A copy of Birth Certificate is mandatory for the Infants (7 Days – 23 Months) for issuing air tickets. Infant ticket will be issued at additional cost.
✦   You will have to reach airport minimum 2 hours prior of departure
✦   Baggage Allowance as per the airlines policy
✦   Due to traffic jam/ vehicle breakdown/ Train-Flight schedule disturbance, etc. if new reservation is to be made then all that additional charges should be borne by tourist only.
✦   Our interference is not possible for bargaining rates of Doli/ Pony/ Rafting/ Camel Ride, etc.
✦   The company has the right to change the hotels due to indeterminate issue arising at later stage which are confirmed at the time of booking. No refund shall be entertained for that.
✦   Our Rules, Regulations, Booking and Cancellation Policy will be same for every tour booked with us.
✦   Damage if any to hotel’s property/vehicles should be paid by the tourist only. Hazel Tour is not responsible for any such damage.
✦   We take it granted that all the tourists who are enrolling themselves for the tour have carefully gone through our rules & regulations and are abide to follow them.
